Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for the Pro subscription on RisingEdge.pro, operated by VANTABYTE LTD. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles billing, invoices, and refunds on our behalf.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account (which opens Paddle's customer portal). When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling is not the same as a refund — see below.
Your 14-day cancellation right (and how it works for digital content)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase for a refund. However, for digital content supplied immediately, you lose this 14-day cancellation right once supply has begun — but only if you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the right.
Because Pro unlocks premium features immediately, at checkout you are asked to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right to cancel for a refund once your subscription starts. If you do not want to waive that right, do not start the subscription.
Refunds at our discretion
Beyond your legal rights, we want you to be happy. If something has gone wrong — for example a technical fault, an accidental or duplicate charge, or you were billed after cancelling — contact us and we'll put it right, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email contact@risingedge.pro with the email address on your account and your Paddle order/receipt reference (in your payment confirmation email). Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Effect of a refund
If a subscription payment is refunded, your account returns to the free tier and Pro features are removed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
