Refund Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This policy explains refunds for the one-off Course purchase on RisingEdge.pro, operated by VANTABYTE LTD, registered in England & Wales (company number 15622244), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle is the seller on your receipt and handles billing, invoices, and refunds under its own policy as well as this one.
The Course purchase
The Course is a single payment for 12 months of access to the full curriculum. It is not a subscription: it does not auto-renew, there is no recurring charge, and there is nothing to cancel. When your year ends, access to the paid curriculum ends; everything free stays free, and your account, progress, and saved work remain yours.
Courses bought before the July 2026 pricing change were sold with permanent access and keep it forever. Everything below applies to both.
The 14-day rule for digital content (UK and EU buyers)
In the UK (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase for a refund. Digital content works differently: if you agree to immediate access and acknowledge giving up the 14-day right, that right ends the moment supply begins.
The Course unlocks immediately, so checkout asks for exactly that agreement. Once your access is delivered, the 14-day right no longer applies. If you'd rather keep it, don't complete the purchase.
Buying from elsewhere? Some countries give you refund rights that cannot be waived this way. Paddle, as merchant of record, honours the mandatory rules of your country: where local law or Paddle's refund policy gives you more than this page does, that applies instead.
Refunds at our discretion
Beyond your legal rights, we want you to be happy. If something has gone wrong (a technical fault, a duplicate or accidental charge), contact us and we'll put it right. That may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.
If RisingEdge shuts down
If RisingEdge ever shuts down, everyone who bought the Course within the previous 12 months receives a full refund, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Two routes, use whichever suits:
- Talk to us first (fastest for product problems): email contact@risingedge.pro with the email address on your account and your Paddle order/receipt reference (in your payment confirmation email).
- Go straight to Paddle: use the link in your Paddle receipt or paddle.net. Paddle processes refunds and decides eligibility under its policy and applicable law.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
Effect of a refund
If a Course payment is fully refunded (or charged back), access to the full curriculum is removed. A partial goodwill refund normally leaves your access in place unless we agree otherwise with you. Your account and everything free are unaffected either way.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including (for UK buyers) the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
